They were trimming a tree in our neighbors yard and entered our yard to get a better angle - stood on our hot tub cover which tore a hole in it, while also scratching our newly painted fence. Asked Davey Tree how they were going to solve the problem and he basically ignored us and refused to provide a solution. Made at least a half dozen calls and provided pictures with the owner basically side-stepping all responsibility. I don’t recommend or trust this business. Please find an alternative.
Twelve years’ and DAVEY TREE have even better professionals. Steven & Sammy spent 9 person hours at LISA’s home, trimming an enormous willow tree. They were obviously knowledgeable, worked quickly and with the harmony of a true team. First class results achieved by 2 first class reps of DAVEY. Even the clean up was a great job. Highly recommend.
