I was in your store in the Nordstrom location in Vancouver, BC on Saturday December 9th and I have NEVER encountered such a rude and arrogant sales lady. She clearly does not like her job. She made it very clear to us that Nordstrom’s merchandise was inferior and sub par, which I feel was extremely inappropriate Nordstrom’s needs to remove you from their store.

Nordstrom location- Young, dark-skinned Asian looking employee with Russian(?) accent was very careless when handling out jewelry, talking as if the damage on our piece was insignificant.
