Our family has been going to Della Optique for about 19 years. Even though the last 5 years we don’t live in Vancouver. Dr. Chow is an amazing optometrist and all round lovely person. Her staff is excellent and will give honest opinions when helping you pick out eyewear. They have a great selection and keep up with the latest trends. We would never go elsewhere.

After lots of researching for a few months, Della was the winner hands down for the examination rights to my eyes!!! Lots of street parking provided you follow the by-laws, but there are 2 hour zones on adjacent streets which is plenty of time! I can't express how impeccable the customer service and experience was in store, along with the layout. Everything during the exam was detailed and explained using state of the art technology, which made understanding easier. Very friendly approach along with education and prevention techniques without feeling rushed whatsoever! Conclusion... Head over here and you will never be disappointed, best spot in town and local in the heart of Kitsilano!!!
Dr. Della Chow has provided me with above and beyond expert service for 17 years. All of the staff and doctors are experienced, caring, courteous, and go out of their way to take care of each and every patient. Della has guided me through many difficult eye issues including surgery. Her level of care and knowledge is amazing. I highly recommend Della Optique for your eye care.

I have been going to Della Optique for my eye exams and glasses for the past 10 years and highly recommend them! The three things that I appreciate are about Della are 1) she is knowledgeable and thorough with her eye exams; 2) she cares about patient relationships – even though I only see her once every 2 years, Della always makes me feel like comfortable and familiar; and 3) her process and office are extremely clean and professional - this was true before COVID and is especially true during COVID.
