Well, i must say they have excellent staff who offer excellent customer service. I shipped one package from here and it got stuck with customs. They helped getting it released with all paperwork support and on-time delivery. Then i realized its always important to choose right shipping store for your important parcels. I have tried UPS store earlier, had issues with their service. Skymart Shipping knows what they are doing. Provide Best service and support. Great Job!

Very good service by the staff. It took me less than 5 mins to complete my work here. Staff were very understanding and provided good customer service. The woman at the desk was one of the nicest people I have ever been served by. She was very helpful & friendly & seemed to genuinely care to serve every customer to the best of her ability

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT go here. I paid 295 to have a parcel shipped, and ended up having the parcel returned by DHL. With the returned package, there was a slip enclosed advising me to file a claim for a FULL refund, as they were not able to process my shipment. I went back to Skymart, and they offered me only a partial refund, and wanted to pocket 30%. That's about 100 I'm out of pocket for a parcel never shipped. Now I'm stuck trying to deal with this, after I was promised a full refund by DHL multiple times on the phone, and in writing. Not only has this been my 6th attempt and nearly 3 weeks of phone calls and emails yo DHL with my receipt and claim information, I keep getting told to go to another department or person for a refund, with no resolution, or refund. This doesn't seem legitimate, go anywhere else, drive the extra mile, because you do not want to deal with this.
