Asked several other questions via email regarding product availability and shipping options to the California and received prompt and helpful responses each time. After placing the order online I received a call from the a customer service representative who found a shipping quote that was more than half off of what I expected to pay. Timeless Optical

I would give no star if I have a choice. Extremely poor quality and bad service. These pictures are just a few minor problems. I bought 3 displays and they are falling apart after couple of days and it's been 8 months now and no one came back to fix them when they said they would. Untrustworthy bunch.

Terrible quality. It's one thing to have juniors work on a project but you have to actually supervise them so they do it correctly. 10K worth of stuff... all into a dumpster.
