Very informative and experienced staff provided some helpful suggestions to products for trail running and ultra distance running. I come here to get my nutritional fuel called Tailwind. It's the only local place i know that carries the product. There is a very small parking lot out front shared with the complex. Sometimes the will be a free spot, but parking can also be found along the street on Main Street. Street parking is 2 hours.
If you’re serious about your running go here or the North Van store. Super friendly and knowledgable staff, and a great selection of gear. Exceptional advice based on the team’s own experiences of trying every piece of kit so you can make an informed purchase. Retail of this calibre is why you should never go to a conventional running store where you’re sold the latest overpriced shoe that does nothing but cause injuries.

I had a great experience here. Excellent customer service. The salesperson and the manager I spoke with were both very knowledgeable and helped me make a very well-informed decision. Prices were reasonable as well. I received some great advice. A very stark contrast to my last visit to a Running Room.
