Good quality printing service for CAD drawings. Sent drawings overnight and was able to pick up right when they opened. Reception wasn't sure where my order was but she got on the ball right away and found it shortly.
The guy just went ahead and print my whole file even when I said to do the first page only to test the line weight of my set of drawing.Of course the line weight was wrong (my fault, not his) but I would catch it at the first page and correct it. 73 in the garbage, not a chance I'm going back, it wasn't the first time either. Copies plus on Broadway are usually where I go but today Dominion Blue was closer. Copie plus are better, more friendly and cheaper. The guy behind the counter didn't give a damn and had no compassion to charge me that much of money. Plus Dominion was to charge me 10 set up fees to print a very standard 8x11 black and white 4 pages document. Set up fees??? Seriously???
Dominion Blue did a great job printing outdoor signs for a client who owns an automotive shop. Its been over a year now and the signs still look great and are in good condition.
terrible terrible terrible. Please stay away I have sent many projects to these guys. Specifically the main office. Inconsistent finishing work. Late deliveries and when a project was completely messed up by their team they charged me more for the time they needed to fix it. I was promised a refund over a 6 months ago and still have yet to receive it. If you are looking for quality service, great prints..look somewhere else and save yourself the stress.
