Great products and even greater support from the staff, Donovan Sales has completely exceeded my expectations. An hour before closing the store, I called Steve who was out of town and asked for technical support. He has stayed with me over the phone and walked me through every single step needed to fix the issue... on a weekend night! The process took no less than 20min, and the instructions were easy to follow, and professional in tone. I was completely blown away with how helpful Steve is, as well as the other staff I get to interact with from time to time.
