Great customer service - the staff are always super friendly and helpful. They are also very responsive, which is great when you live overseas. The facility is very clean and I like the keypad access on the elevator (ensures only valid visitors). No real complaints at all. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could (not 5, because nothing is perfect!).

Excellent customer service️ Price is fair, they make things easy for the customers. The units are clean, spacious and their location is very handy. No traffic around it. Parking is limited but the facility is nice. Gracias amigos!

I'm very happy with this facility. It is clean, well-designed for moving their dollies up the elevetors and around the floors, well-lit and definitely well managed. The staff is professional and friendly, always willing to discuss any questions and to call you when you haven't locked up your space securely! The bathroom is always clean. Parking and loading areas are are good, the location is close to good arterial roads. Who knew that a storage place could actually be a pleasure to visit?

I've had a unit here for years, finally giving it up. Always been impressed with the friendly staff, prices are very good for a close to downtown location! I would return if I have storage needs in Vancouver in the future. The only downfall is the hours: 8-19:00 weekdays, 9-17:00 weekends, and closed on stat holidays.
Emptied and closed my locker today after ten years. I have mixed feelings because I really respect and enjoy the people that operate U-Lok. It’s been a decade of great interactions and fair pricing. Thank you U-Lok!
