Had an amazing experience with Dr. Wells. After having wrist issues that were progressively getting worse for over a year and seeing many hand specialists/surgeons who were not able to diagnose my issue, Dr. Wells was able to figure out my problem right away. I had surgery a few months later. Everything went extremely fast and smooth and I was extremely well taken care of. Such incredible expertise. All the staff there is extremely kind and efficient. 11/10!

Honestly never even met the doctor but the customer service is the worst I have received anywhere, honestly I think any McDonalds employee has better manners than the receptionist at this clinic. Very rude. I was told they are not doing anything until I get a referral, so I got 2, one from my family doctor and one from a surgeon who has done procedures with me before in hope to get another opinion from Dr. Wells since my condition is very special. I was told the doctor was away from the office and will be back in a week, after not hearing anything back I called again after 2 weeks only to find out in a very rude manner that they have cancelled the referrals and will not be doing anything. I am used to doctors not knowing what to do with me, but I expected at least for them to let me know there is nothing they can do, I was told they just returned the referrals and that's all they will be doing, then I got hang up on. I would honestly not even get my eyebrows done by Dr Wells, no matter how good of a doctor he might be, if he is tolerating incapable staff like that. Very disappointing

Terrible customer service. It’s so disappointing when clinics hire staff that are passive aggressive or rude over the phone or in person to represent their business. Receptionist need to have politeness at the end of the day how they treat your customers is a reflection of your office.
