This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My partner purchased his GMC brand new, after a few years he received a recall which he brought in to Dueck. They informed him the recall was not relevant to his vehicle but after another year the car began experiencing problems. Turns out the recall was relevant but Dueck then explained his warranty had run out and he was to pay 10k to repair the engine. After months of back and forth he ended up having the price reduced and paid for the repairs. A few months later the transmission went with only 115 000kms on the vehicle. Dueck is offering no trade in value and a ‘reduced price’ on the repairs which was quoted at a higher rate then other service centres. They have been difficult to get a hold of and have offered almost no support trying to navigate this process. I seldom speak negatively about a business but I feel taken advantage of and cannot stress enough how poorly they have handled this situation. I would not recommend this business to anyone and would suggest purchasing your vehicle anywhere else.

Second truck purchase with the great team at Dueck commercial trucks and super happy! Building a custom truck can be difficult with all the options and not knowing what is needed and what is not. These guys take the time to run through what you are needing it for and get you in touch directly with the builders to make sure you get what you need and cut what you don't. They finance and lease in house and include the truck chassis and custom body work into 1 transaction. Streamlined pick up process, covid safe, super happy with our new roll off NRR and was off to work 20 mins after picking up. Keep up the great work and if your considerating a custom built Isuzu look no further!

Great experience. Great customer service, and a great price on a brand new pickup. Local dealers couldn’t offer the same price. Your going to want to deal with Edgar if possible, even if it means waiting a few hours or even a week. Will definitely purchase from Edgar again when shopping for a brand new ride.
