I booked an appointment, I even have got a confirmation email and a remainder email one day before the appointment . then I came in it was closed , there phone number is on voicemail..... so disappointing.... I spent 2 hours on skytrain going there and back home for nothing! the worst. so unprofessional!!!

This place is a little sketchy - Booked a facial for my daughter as part of a spa day to celebrate college finals being over, we did massages, and reflexology someplace else then had a lovely lunch and came here so she could get a facial...Walked in before the appointment and told they were 5-10 min behind...so said no problem...was an hour later when they brought her in...while waiting Tammy kept advertising their products and looked at my daughters skin who she said had very baby like sensitive skin so they wouldn't do anything to harsh...reconfirmed before she went we only booked the 45 min basic facial ....after 2 hours of being there (an hour of that just waiting after our scheduled time) my daughter comes out...while paying, Tammy all smiling was like you booked the 125 facial right?...i was like no, as we discussed the 45 min 75/facial...she was well i did so much more and even gave her an acid peel. and it took longer... yes the woman who had said she had such 'baby like sensitive skin'...gave her an acid peel?! Without asking??? Advice to Tammy, you are a nice lady but - #1 - if your running late call your client and say it so they aren't wasting their day or rushing through lunch to get to you on time when you aren't ready #2 - don't be shady with pricing - you'd have received a tip even being an hour late if you didn't try that, I also wouldn't be writing this negative review - late is one thing but shady business practice is another
Tammy and the team are so friendly and capable! I come here for a couple of services and they're always prompt and affordable. Prices are flexible too, which is nice when you're only have spot treatments done.
My first visit the lady was late by half hour for the first appointment of the day. The reason given was that she was hanging out with friends for breakfast and didn't want to leave. My second visit she is again late by more than half hour. Multiple calls to slot clients into cancellation times that better suit them. I'd rather pay more for a place that respects your time.
Lashes are hard and pokey when my face is on my pillow, not soft and natural like the last set from another place. I asked for a natural look and still came out looking like a drag queen. For my taste they looked too long, too black, too bushy and too long at the corners. (I had to chop them) . Some people may like this look though. The practitner was nice though and the bed was comfortable.
Tammy did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is a true artist! Anyone wanting permanent makeup should go to Elan Beauty Clinic. My eyebrows look so natural and it's so nice not having to fill in my eyebrows everyday. Thank you Tammy!
Tammy has been doing electrolysis on me for the past year. Excellent experience. Tammy is very professional, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her clinic is located in a good area, easy to get to, set up well and very clean. Prices are competitive, and lower than a lot of places. The quality of service is excellent!
Sun did an excellent job on my lashes!! She was efficient but thorough. They even fit me in last minute. Definitely impressed and will be back.
