I never received any package I ordered for delivery by FedEx. I need to give them 1 star because of the following reasons: - When asking why they didn't try to deliver the package, I was told that because I was not home, when I told them I'm working from home since february, the reason changed to my name is not in the buildings buzzer system. I told them that's not true, and the next reason was because they were not able to find the buzzer number (literally the first information on the address, even before the street name). - When asked how can I make a formal complaint, I was told to call the customer service number. When calling the customer service number I was told I can't make a formal complaint over the phone, only inside the pick up location locally (which in turn told me to call the number). - Ordered a stroller, because we knew we will not be able to bring it home ourselves, as it's in a heavy and large box, and my wife was pregnant at the time. When going into the pickup location, the staff made jokes about hope we brought a car, because they wouldn't be able to bring it home without it. When I mentioned that that is the exact reason we ordered delivery, they told us to maybe answer the buzzer next time (which, after telling them they never pressed, somehow changed to they couldn't find the contact information, and when pointing out the exact buzzer code and my phone number on the delivery slip, suddenly I needed to complain on the customer service number because they can't help with that)
