This place is amazing! Josh is an incredible teacher and probably the most positive person I ever met. And so are the people who train here. Don’t worry if you’re new to kickboxing or don’t have someone to come with you. You’ll meet great people and train in a super welcoming environment! And you’ll have lots of fun doing it!
It is with great pleasure to personally endorse this martial arts studio and Josh! A role model and a teacher to my boys for over 6 years, I have known Josh to be a passionate teacher in martial arts. Not only that, his knowledge on multiple other sports and fitness is unbelievable. The studio is clean, parking at the back is easy and a great atmosphere overall. I am not a fitness buff and can barely kick, but I feel welcomed here and you will feel the same too.
What an incredible environment! As a first timer I was really intimidated to try Kick Boxing. But Josh brought a positivity and enthusiasm that helped me feel incredibly comfortable and strong! I've become totally addicted and love the way the classes are structured. 10 / 10 for FLOW!

Josh just opened up Flow Martial Arts in our neighborhood and my two boys have started taking his karate class. He is so patient with them and my boys absolutely love going to class. I can't recommend his studio enough!
We have known Josh for many years, he is simply the best teacher we can possibly find! Lots of fun, creativity, patience and positiveness, he is the role model that we want to have the kid grow up to.
