When fresh street first opened the store and service was great. A year later and things have really changed. The selection is ok but very expensive and more importantly the service is horrible. I feel as if I'm bothering the cashiers when I go to pay. On many occasions the staff are standing around talking to each other and can't be bothered to help. A little bit of customer service would go a long way. Management should look at retraining.

Great selection for a medium-sized grocery store. The produce quality and meat quality are pretty much perfect, and they have a great bakery too, so I will make this my prime grocery store because of these factors. But also they have a very nice selection of other packaged foods. The staff is really nice, and I find them all over the place so they can help you quickly... the butcher is really good, and instantly helps you when you get their attention. The checkout staff is really good too, they seem nice and well-trained.

This store is great. Some really unique grocery items I don't see in many other places. Butcher shop is top notch and the burger bar is unreal.

Giving a positive feedback to praise their consistent, extra courteous service, behind the dairy and hot food counters and their tills. Staff across the store I walk upon to for a question have been extra helpful as well. Personally, extra friendly service for me during the pandemic is quite meaningful, so thank you :) also would like to mention that their in-house made foods that we’ve tried so far: deserts, savoury pastries, hot foods, and even soups are surprisingly delicious, very professionally made with quality ingredients, they actually remind me of food from a selective high-end cafe. I’m quite impressed!
