The baggy-eyed asian grandma was overly rude, shouting and harassing me when I shop there. I saw she does that to alot of other customers. Crazy savageness...Really disappointed! I thought the shop was convenient and the rest of the crew was super nice! Really suggest removing her! Im sure alot of ppl from the neighbourhood will appreciate that!

One of the most horrible store in UBC. I bought a bag of green veggie the other day, and saw some wholes on the leave. I thought it was visited by worms. I was wrong. It IS the house of worms! I spent more then 30 minutes to wash them. Be careful with their price tag as they may charge you higher than what the label says. Their customer service is also really unfriendly.
The staff are very rude. They overcharged you but did not apologize and sounded like you were responsible or wrong. Wish I could rate 0 star. Just don't go there，folks.
U better watch out the expired date especially for frozen foods here. They are used to put the expiring ones at the top!!! (Suffered from diarrhea for two days, checked the best-before day to find out it expiring in 5 days)
The store has insanely high prices and extremely poor costumer service. What is even more upsetting is that now the store is using the pandemic for their own profit. I wanted to return the 2 items I had bought the previous day but the store manager told me that he would only return one because they had no return policy due to the pandemic. This made no sense and when I asked him why he wouldn't return the other item he replied he didn't know where all I had kept it. Moreover, he got extremely rude and said unprofessional things to me even after I told him that I was a regular costumer. In the end, he refused to return anything. Never going back there again and honestly who would ?
Horrible service. Employees are super rude and get angry when you ask them a question. They sell expired products. The prices are high and fruits are not fresh at all. Go to Save-on-foods it's cheaper and fresher. I will never purchase at this place again.
Disgusting place; every time (and don't go there often) i go there i am treated as a beggar, and not only me as i heard from my neighbours. These small shops should be nice to customers, but not this one. Will never go there again.
