I have used them for about 10 deliveries now and it's been flawless each time! We thought we lost two of the deliveries for some corporate clients, but the operations manager Julie was able to track them down (provided us with pick-up time, what the driver did, and exactly where the package was left). Customer service involving lost shipments usually never end well, but our client found her package and all was well. Definitely recommend and will use again. So happy this delivery service is available to get my fix of Granville Island goodies!

Right after we had a baby, friends of ours sent us a curated gift of vegan goodies through Granville Island Delivery Co. and I can't tell you how much we appreciated this delicious and perfectly timed surprise! With a newborn at home, we had very little time to shop or cook and were being very cautious about where and when we ventured out for food. That meant that some of our favourite things from the Public Market were off limits. But then, there they were—all the treats we'd been missing—delivered to our door! A great gift idea for new parents, vegans, or anyone who could use a pandemic pick-me-up.
