I have been coming to this store since I was a kid and I’ve always loved it. Today, Me and my girlfriend visited the store, the lady working at the register was absolutely wonderful! We purchased several playmobile mystery packs for fun, and ended up returning 3 times within the hour for more because were determined to get all the characters, we interacted with the lady at the register every time because she was such a delight to talk to! Would definitely come back, very cool store, and wonderful staff!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Lots of toys and games , jigsaw puzzles for my grandchildren. Tons of stocking stuffers . Spent a long time browsing

I recently purchased a gift for my niece (she loves it!!) from Granville Island Toy Company and the whole experience was amazing. Delivery was very fast and hassle free and the toy itself is great quality. I will continue to use their store/website for future gifts for toys.
Lots of selection here and most of the owners are friendly. A bit pricey on some items though
They want above and beyond! My kids have wanted these small Beenie Boo toys and everywhere was charging 20-30 in shipping. I placed an order yesterday and the store called me to say I lived outside their normal shipping area for their standard 5 shipping cost. BUT the woman who called said her brother lives in my area and he just dropped off the toys today, just one day after ordering them! Thank you so much!!!!
