Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Lorenzo was very attentive and really listened to what I needed. I appreciated that he checked in every so often to ensure I was comfortable. Looking forward to trying out some of the other facilities Halsa has to offer!

This is place is such a hidden gem in Kitsilano! I had a very pleasant experience there regardless its price and the time limit. It was about 40 for a 1.5 session in the infrared sauna. I did not use the floating cabins, so I can not judge that. I did not like that it was kind of expected to tip at the end of the session when I paid, it is just not the right place to have their credit card machines set up this way. The resting area was very cool with all sorts of interesting books and little knick-knacks that keep you entertained.
The owner Christian deserves enormous credit for developing and maintaining Halsa Float Spas. I have been a client since the Spa opened a few years back and primarily book the saunas. The facilities are always immaculately clean and tranquil. All of the staff are great, but Resh in particular stands out for being gracious, warm and professional whether communicating in person, over the phone or by email. My visit is always made extra special if Resh is there to greet me and ensure that I have a seamless experience.
I am a Yoga Massage therapist at Halsa Spa. Very grateful to work here. This spa offers instant relaxation as soon as you enter the door. Whether you are coming for a float, sauna, massage or energy healing you are guaranteed to feel nourished. It's a great place for an inner city day retreat. Extremely clean too! Love this place! It’s a little oasis of calm in the city and my favourite place for an infrared sauna and some quality ‘me’ time. You get the sauna and shower all to yourself and they provide the electrolyte water (not plain) which is incredibly important when you are sweating so intensely. The shower gel they use smells *divine* and you also get a little container of salt body scrub to use after your session. The change area has everything you need (lit vanity, hairdryer, cotton, towels, makeup remover, lotion etc) if you’re heading somewhere that you need to look presentable after your appointment. I find the staff to always be friendly and welcoming and the space is kept spotlessly clean. I’m a repeat customer and will keep returning.
