Unreal customer support and great jackets
Walked in and wanted to buy something. Needed help from an item hanging. Staff Just chatting with each other and none wanted to help me. I will never buy from this store again. Speaking of that I'm starting to not even like HH anymore.

Purchased a jacket just a week before black Friday and it was such a hassle to return the item that I wouldn't recommend making a purchase unless you are really sure you wont have buyers remorse. I ended up getting a refund but as a customer there could have been a better way to handle my situation.

I bought a nice jacket there, one of the waterproof professional series. Unfortunately every time it rains my arms get soaked. It's only my arms too. Anyhow, they told me I need to purchase a waterproof sealant to actually make it waterproof. For 400, I'd expect it to already be waterproofed :(. I definitely regret not buying an ARC'TERYX.
