I've bought several pieces from Hi-Class and my family has been going to Hi-Class for many years. I recently had a custom piece made. It was a duplicate of a heart pendant which is very special to me. I wanted it made in gold. In the picture, the original is on the right and the beautiful work they did on the left. They worked very closely with me throughout the entire process to ensure it was exactly as I wanted. They were very thorough in their communication and checked in with me throughout each process before jumping ahead without my approval. It turned out perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff there has always been fair, courteous and greeted me and my family with a smile. I would highly recommend trusting Hi-Class and going here for any custom pieces or a nice, quality piece of 22K gold. Thank you Hi-Class for the exquisite work and service.

I came into Hi-Class Jewellers looking for an engagement ring yet I had no clue what to look for. I was politely greeted and had a staff member attentively assist me and give me his full attention while I was only browsing. He showed me a wide array of rings and answered every one of my questions fully. There was no pressure, even mentioned that he could offer me a deal when and if I decided to come back. I wandered into many jewellers that day but did not have the same great vibe or feel as valued. So I came back a few days later ready to buy, and they were more than happy to pull out all the trays for me to have a look again. I finally selected one and was given an excellent price, but in the few days I had, I learnt that I'd also need a wedding band, I mentioned this and they showed me an accompanying piece and at an even better price. I asked about resizing and they told me just to come back with my fiancee. Long review short, I am engaged, the ring fits my fiancee and she loves it so much that she went there to buy my wedding band. Thanks!!!
I gave a 1 because there is no option for zero. Do not shop here. These people have no ethics or customer service. I bought a set from here and it was horrible and the owner was so rude and unprofessional. If you experience a problem with your product and need assistance this is not the place to shop especially for diamonds. Go to a place that offers and honors warranty.

My Fiancé proposed to me with a beautiful unique ring from here! The design was amazing, and stands out—perfect to me. I had to get the ring resized. We went together to Hi-Class Jewellers and was impressed by their customer service. They sized my finger, and told us we would need to come by in a few days. During those few days, I wanted to look at wedding bands for my future husband to be. I’m grateful this store is open and providing safe measures to shop while COVID-19 is a concern: double entry buzz in, barriers to protect store employees and customers, etc. I looked at their inventory and found the perfect one! Their prices are good and fair. When my engagement ring was finally ready, I picked it up and they had it perfect to size.
