This classic old school restaurant is still around & kicking.... likely for a reason. They've had decades of experience to perfect and fine tune their recipes. The one and only, Himalaya by Mr. Pabla. The food is definitely delicious. Although for the price, the quantity was a bit lacking. Regardless, a 5-star rating is still deserved. It was nice to see some familiar faces after so long. One of the sons has continued to manage the restaurant. Senior Pabla was also present, lounging with a friend while enjoying retirement and passing time. Brought back memories from my childhood! I'll be back. Long live Main Street.

I find the people and gentle vegetarian food here to be delightful. the Bombay sweets to go are amazing. Give this long-standing community restaurant another try. Tidy and friendly. Wish I lived closer to enjoy lunch more often.
I was waiting for my order and guy who walks like king I suppose the owner came to me and told me not to take cookies with hands?!. I would never take them with hands. Next to me a old Indian woman came grab spices with spoon put spoon in mouth and again in spices. They have spices for customers and only one spoon?!. I told the guy to keep my order I already paid and left. I almost puked. Never ever entered the restaurant again.
This was a pleasant and welcome surprised. We had horrible experience with another Indian restaurant via Doordash. We asked the cab driver what he recommended and he suggested this place. Wonderful staff. Food was very good. There is buffet option. We opted to order from the menu. Lots of snacks and sweet choices. There were other Indians eating there so that was key signal that it was authentic and not watered down for Western taste. It is on the Main street with #3 bus that took us near the hotel was a bonus. Bus run frequently here which was awesome.
Was disappointed that there was no longer a buffet. One had only a choice of 2 kinds of meat in a dish. Service was good.
