Oh my gosh, where to begin? I often consult with Lydia through email to book my services and interactions with her feel just like chatting to a friend, it's fantastic. Each staff member I'd have the pleasure of meeting at the Granville location has been LOVELY. I request Maria for my treatments when she's available; she's SO professional, SO knowledgeable and just the sweetest human being, she makes me feel extremely comfortable, excited when I'm nervous and I always walk out of sessions with her, buying some kind of new package the location is offering. Caitlin's impeccable outfits lend such personality and style to the welcome desk and she and Caleb, without fail, have welcomed me each time like an old friend, with respect, professionalism and huge smiles. I couldn't be more thrilled so walk in every time i have an appointment.

Technician was great! Super friendly and careful with her work. I was told that I have only one remaining hair removal session left before I have to start paying more under the lifetime guarantee. But the hair hasn’t been permanently removed yet; it still grows back. My understanding was that this guarantee was to guarantee that if the hair at some point grew back (after complete removal treatment) this guarantee would apply. The hair, however, has never gone away in the first place. So I’m now probably going to have to pay more for a service that was not done to completion/didn’t work. Also, I was held up at reception for the THIRD time regarding an outstanding balance that I do not owe. Each time I’m told they’ll correct the mistake but I still get held up on my way out until the receptionist sorts it out.
I’ve done 3 different treatments here and the results are amazing. The staff is always very friendly and professional. Meghan who recently did my laser treatment was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend their services.
Absolutely love the Granville location. The staff have been very friendly and helpful every time I’m in for a treatment. My results have been life changing as I’ve struggled with self confidence in the past and the laser hair removal process has been easy and effective. The nurses are professional and caring. My last two treatments have been with Desiree (sorry if that’s spelt incorrectly) and she was so lovely to chat with and super detail oriented during treatment. Highly recommend going for a consultation and getting started!!
Years of partying and sleep deprivation have ravaged my once beautiful and youthful face, turning me into a sagging old bog witch. Thankfully I was assigned Sarah and with her trusty arsenal of lasers, I’m beginning to look vibrant and youthful once more. Have I learned anything? No. But thankfully I don’t have to because Sarah is so good at her job.
Meagan was my provider. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my session. Even the front desk staff are accommodating and great to communicate with. I highly recommend ideal image. Been to other laser places before and this is my favourite one.
Desiree was such a doll! While having my laser hair removal treatment she made sure to make me comfortable with cooling packs and squishy stress balls. The time went by really fast as we chatted the whole time . Desiree checked in often to see how I was feeling and reinstated consent periodically throughout the treatment. I would recommend ideal image on Granville for all of your laser hair removal needs!
LOVE MEGAN She’s made my experience feel so effortless and painless. She’s informative and always asks if I need a break or slow down. I feel so comfortable with her. Also CALEB is THE BEST front desk agent. He has made every appointment reminder phone call such a pleasure to receive and always made the best effort to accommodate my schedule and preferences. I added many services as I was already having some services done, and He makes total sense in making the scheduling work out where I’m not coming in every other week. He’s considerate and the friendliest!! Highly recommend a raise for these two angels My experience at Ideal has gotten significantly better since them; it’s more than just a laser appmt I’m scared to endure. I enjoy my visits every time!
