Hi. Its Ashkan. I have been in vancouver since Jan 2020. I have been waiting for my PR card for more than 3 months but it is not received yet. In this bad condition, living without ID cards, job, government supports is very bad and I'm experiencing financial difficulties. I have applied for electrician course before social distancing and I'm studing now. I thought I will receive my PR and can apply for BC Card to fill up the students loan. But till I don't have my PR CARD, I can't do any thing. Please consider and recognize my bad situation and help me Best regards
