Everyone working in this office is highly professional, from the front desk employees to the Immigration Officers. They are courteous and understand the people they are dealing with are in stress and need help. The most amazing Inland officer I have met in this office is Mr. Randy Lewis. He solves the most difficult issues in minutes, he not only has a very impressive personality, at the same time he knows how to deal with each individual as per their situation and circumstances. We need individual like him in the ministry and government. I am highly impressed with the service I received at this office. Keep up the good work.
