This is the best goldsmith in Vancouver. It is a family run Jewellery store with the best customer service, competitive prices and incredibly quick turn-around times. We purchased three custom rings from them and Tony brought our dreams to life! I will be purchasing one more custom ring from them. I highly recommend them. They are just the best.

My partner and I went in today and had a LOVELY time! The rings are stunning, they were SO helpful and educated us around what we should look for, and we never felt pressured for anything. They are absolutely wonderful. We will be going back for all our jewelry/watch needs! They fail to mention that many of their rings are HAND-MADE. It's a family-owned business and the passion the workers have for it is clear, and differentiates that store from every other jewelry store I've been to. So happy!

The family at Independent Goldsmith went above and beyond to deliver the perfect ring for my Fiance! They were patient, understanding and truly the experts in the field in guiding me through the whole process. We ended up customizing a Pear Halo similar to a style I saw online, but they offered some suggestions for a better look. With all the options out there of James Allen, Blue Nile, and online/big box retailers, nothing beats seeing one of the most important investments in person and working with the jewellerdesigner from start to finish. Attention, detail and customization to ensure we're both aligned. Price, quality and service was far better than all the expensive choices I checked out downtown. My Fiance is over the moon!
