I’ve been training here for years! These men and women became my family over the years. Training involves a lot of physically demanding tasks, discipline and philosophy that goes beyond your regular training routine. The culture of the dojo is mutually supportive and safe to everyone. People understand that if their sparring partner gets injured then we all suffer, so we always look after each other with care and consideration. We are here to learn and support one another and collectively with respect, courage and honour do our inner work that is so important in our daily lives. This training is not just a training of the body it’s a discipline of the mind and soul. It’s a live changing experience.
