In accordance with each country’s relevant laws and policies, it will serve the society through planning social welfare activities and developing culture industry. Apart from meeting the spiritual needs of people, it will enlighten them with the beauty of art and provide them a free platform to hold academic exchange seminars correlated to the healthy development of world painting and calligraphy art.
