Excellent support with no hidden costs. Very happy to be working with them to build my small business with reliable technology. The techs are very knowledgeable and were willing to accommodate my needs. After looking around for IT support companies, they were the best for my needs at my bottom line price. I had an old file server that I got setup in my new business. Since then, we kept having issues with it, users cannot access files, remote users disconnected in a middle of their tasks. And finding available techs who can work on old versions of Microsoft server is not easy. When we contacted Vansys Solutions, they recommended setting up a NAS, a network storage device. I haven't heard of this before. I must say, this is by far one of the best decisions I took lately. This device has vastly improved the way we work and our team productivity. Remote users work on their files through a secured vpn connection. And our nas is backed up in a remote location, in case of disaster. This device allowed us to have our own cloud service while having control over our files and data. I'm really appreciative of vansys solutions recommendation and implementation of this solution for my business. Highly professional.
