Had a small rock chip on my Tesla Model 3. Tesla referred me to JV Vision Autoglass to have it repaired. Did a great job, very satisfied. Rates were more reasonable than repairs I've had at other auto glass shops as well.

Fast, efficient and ready to deal with. Replaced the windshield on our Tesla Model 3 in less than two hours. The gentleman behind the counter gave me great advice as to places to visit while waiting, too. (Nearby coffee shop or neighborhood pub/brewery with great food. The wait for parts was long, but the actual repair was excellent! They even managed to transfer over our parking stickers to the new windshield!
This is 2nd time in 13 months that I've had to have my windshield replaced on my Tesla Model 3. JF Vision Autoglass Vancouver offers great service with friendly & professional technicians. I have to say, after having the rear windshield smashed in the other night, often getting things repaired adds insult to injury but I was pleasantly surprised after getting a trusted referral to JF Vision auto glass vancouver location- excellent service from phone call to return of car (luxury SUV) this contrasted sharply with calling other repair shops or another location of the same firm - these guys were “on it” they offered to clean car wrap window etc while getting part in insurance cleared etc very seamless effort - so I felt the need to give them a shout out! While on the first phone call- they were checking parts availability (quickly too) offering suggestions on OEM or aftermarket parts, insurance confirmations -my preference to leave car or come in get it wrapped and vacuumed of broken glass etc- (no charge) others I called blew me off and said just drive in and we will check you car out and go from there- those guys rocked!
Bing was extremely helpful and informative when I needed to get my Tesla model 3 windshield replaced. The glass had to be ordered and he called when the part came in. Install was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend for Tesla window repairs and probably other makes of cars as well.
Someone smashed my door window to steal some dirty laundry so I called ICBC and they sent me a list of auto glass repair shops. This one was most convenient for me, and thankfully happened to be wonderful. I called at 8:30 and they immediately ordered the part, even though there was question on if it would be the right colour. I came in and they cleaned up all the broken glass, some rain that had gotten in overnight, (and a good amount of dirt and other camping evidence that they definitely didn’t have to) and fitted shrink wrap over the window. The colour of the part they ordered was wrong, so he called at least 6 places while I was there, trying to find the right window. But apparently, they don’t make it any longer. Even the dealer didn’t have a correct one. So, he then tried junk yards. Still no avail, so I left with my cleaned, covered window and he said he’d call when the glass came in that afternoon. I had to go to a junkyard anyway and somehow ended up finding the glass I needed, so I called up and without hesitation, they said they’d return the ordered glass, and fit the one I found instead. I brought them the glass and two hours later my car was better than before. Long story short: they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for more after such an annoying and stressful previous day. And it came it all came out to be less than the deductible anyway, so insurance was never even touched.
The guys here really went above and beyond for me today! They got me in the same day and had my tailgate window replaced in an hour. They gave me advice on removing the aftermarket tint from the glass I found (my windows aren’t manufactured anymore, have to source from scrap yards) but when I came back it was done for me. They even lubricated the linkage in my cargo door while the panel was removed - long story short, I can open my fifth door for the first time in a year! Given the neighbourhood where I live, I expect more smashed windows before long but I won’t hesitate to return to JF Vision. Thank you so much!!
