Jocelyn is amazing. Just that simple. She takes my crazy mane of hair and tames it into something manageable. She always takes the time to listen to you and understand how you handle your hair. She's so warm, welcoming, and kind so it always feels like catching up with an old friend no matter how long I go between appointments.

I have been going to Jocelyn for 7 years and can't sing her praises enough! I am not "naturally" a red head, but you wouldn't know it looking at my hair. And, even though I bring in 25 pictures, all of different people with much different types of hair, face shapes and ages, she is able to see through it and give me what I wanted. Her colours, cuts, products are fantastic and she is fun and friendly. Finally, with all the precautions she and her studio have put in place I feel very safe getting my hair done. Do yourself a favour and make an appointment. You won't be disappointed!
I have been going to Jocelyn for over 5 years now (maybe longer!?) after previously having never been "loyal" to a hairstylist. But as soon as I met Jocelyn, I just knew she would be the one. Our relationship even survived my move out to the suburbs - that's a big deal. In terms of style she has a very relaxed attitude, sometimes we talk non-stop about podcasts and other times we just chill while she gives me a great haircut. She knows exactly how to work with my hair and gives me her honest opinion - which I appreciate when I come in with crazy ideas about shaving half my head. Additionally - for short ladies like myself, Jocelyn was one of the first people to take the time to ensure I was comfortable with cushions etc., figuring out how to make the hair washing sinks work for my proportions! Her attention to detail is second to none! I highly recommend Jocelyn as a hairdresser - and Punch studio, where she is currently located, is cute as heck.
I have been seeing Jocelyn every 3-4 months for my highlights, cut style. From a short bob to long layers, from low lights to lots of baby blonde highlights, I’ve always walked lot of the salon feeling so happy and content with my fresh hair. From start to finish, I never feel like Jocelyn is rushed and she never doubles up her appointments. The best part is I’ve always received what I asked for, with some helpful suggestions from the pro herself, and the colour grows our beautifully! So glad I found my hair stylist almost 8 years ago!
Jocelyn fixed a DISASTER dye job I got from another salon the day before my wedding and saved the day. 10/10!
