Horrible service. “Capacity” is not listed, but signs are posted and the doors are closed if they’ve reached this undisclosed number. We wouldn’t mind waiting outside to shop if there wasn’t 6 staff members visible standing at the till twiddling their thumbs. With the pandemic forcing so many local businesses to close their doors, customer service ought to be at minimum satisfactory. Especially in this case, to insure your 300-500 shoes are worth it. We brought our mom here to buy a pair of boots for her birthday and our experience nearly ruined the day. Wont ever go back. We support safe practices, but then inform your employees to be mindful of the numbers. If there’s more people standing outside waiting to shop, the employees should wait in the back.

Headquarters of Canadian designer John Fluevog, celebrating 50 years of extraordinary handcrafted shoes this year. Pretty cool brand, and the shoes are known to be comfortable.
Shoes and service used to be good quality. Had to get my last 2 pairs of shoes repaired within 2 months of usage. The first pair took over two months to get back and when it came back, it was fixed with crazy glue. Went to pick up my shoes and got received really rudely saying \if you don't sanitize your hands you better not touch anything\. Told him I was just picking up my shoes and that he didn't say anything to the next two customers after me that walked in, did not sanitize and touched the displays. Told him customer service is getting bad in this store and he giggled out loud. Very very poor. I own several pairs of fluevog. And I'm very disappointed that my money goes to support poor quality and encourage poor customer service.
1st ever visit to showroom after visiting ( & drooling) over website for a year -Ali was an awesome salesperson:) friendly -relatable-patient. Arthritis hindered the search But we prevailed & I left with (2!) New pairs of the most beautiful shoes my feet have ever worn-could not have smiled more all day ! Thanks again Ali , my 1st will most definitely not be my last :)
Does anybody actually buy shoes somewhere else? Staff has been super helpful every time I've been in. Much prefer this location over the other one downtown.
