We booked Jumi Story for our pre-wedding shoot 6 months in advance. I was immediately attracted by the beautiful photos on their social media. Jun is not only very professional and experienced, but also quite creative. He taught us how to pose in every scene, and how to be comfy on camera. Jun is super detailed oriented. He fixed my wedding dress in every single photo to make sure it is perfect. We are definitely delighted with our photos. Thank you so much! :)

Jun is an awesome photographer and we enjoyed working with him from start to finish! He is very artsy and detail oriented and focuses more on quality than quantity. To sum it all up he is everything you want and need in a photographer to capture the special moments for your special day or event. We will be using JuMi Story for future events and highly recommend JuMi Story if you’re looking for a photographer.
We chose Jun as our wedding photographer at Hycroft and I cannot be happier with his amazing, beautiful and artsy photos. We cannot stress how much we enjoyed working with Jun from start to finish. Jun is very personable, friendly and experienced. I let Jun know all the photo spots we like at Hycroft (the wedding venue) in advance and Jun remembers everything and ensures all the photo spots we like got captured even though we had a short window of time for wedding photos on the day of. Jun is very very detailed oriented that was the first thing we noticed in the sampled wedding pictures that he shared with us, where he definately focuses on quality over quantity. Jun fixed my wedding dress / train in every single photo to make sure it is perfect. All and each of his pictures had perfect angles. Not only Jun is professional and experienced, he is very humourous throughout the photo session. He made us laugh and relax and definately made the day more fun and the three hours of photo session went by really quickly. Jun also taught us how to pose to make sure every picture comes out perfect. Jun keeps track of time throughout the day to ensure we are on schedule and make recommendations on when is best to take photos outdoor vs indoor. Overall, Jun is very professional, perfectionist and personable. We highly recommend Jumi Story!
I just graduated from college and was looking for a half casual half professional photoshoot to portray myself as a professional designer as well as just some casual portrait shots. After searching over the entire internet (literally), I circled back to Jumi - which is actually the first one I found hahaha. This being my first photoshoot, there’s a lot of things I don’t understand, Jun was super patient as he answered all my questions, going above and beyond to make sure the photoshoot turns out well. Jun is super creative, patient, experienced and easy to work with! I was beyond satisfied with the results and highly recommend to anyone looking for a photographer! Emphasis here: He doesn’t only do wedding!!! Definitely will come back for more in the future :)!
We were kind of worried about the shooting cuz we are not like the people who get used to be in front of the scene. Jun was incredibly amazing and responsible. He directed and inspired us in different ways, making sure that we postured in a natural way. It’s more like trying to be an actor and actress I would say. We are so grateful with all peoples who have helped us in that cold cold and windy night. We also thank Mia’s assistance and advice on dresses, shoes and all other matchings. We can’t wait to see the pictures!
I am so over the moon with how my branding photo shoot with Jun & Mia turned out! I LOVE the photos so much! I had been working on rebranding and a new website for my business, and required updated pictures for my portfolio but I didn’t want the usual basic head shot photos. I was looking for a creative photographer to capture my style and the essence of who I am. I am an Event Planner and had been following Jun’s work for some time and was so captivated & inspired by his unique style of photography. I had never worked with him before so I asked my friends in the industry and they all gave him glowing reviews. We had a meeting before the shoot to discuss my vision, Jun was prepared and had actually spent the time to research to bring some ideas to the table. He also sent me additional ideas and inspo photos leading up to shoot. I had so much fun the day of the shoot! I had been a bit concerned about my posing but Jun made it so easy as he took the initiative to download inspo poses to show me throughout the day when he wanted a certain pose from he. He would also guide me by posing for me and I would then recreate the pose. It was one of the best experiences of my career to work with Jun & Mia. I had 9 outfit & 9 hair changes so the shoot took about 5 to 6 hours but the hours flew by as we were having such a great time that it didn't feel like work at all! I highly recommend this dynamic duo for their professionalism, the great quality of their work, easy going personalities, fun approach and innovative work! Thank-you so much Jun & Mia!
This is hands down the best photography studio you will find in GVA. We had a fantastic time working with Miya and Jun. They are both very professional, responsive, and creative; they managed to make the shooting session fun while delivering top quality photos. Jun took care of every detail of the photoshoot from the very beginning. We could tell that he was extremely passionate about shooting the perfect photos for his clients. We could not be happier with our decision to go with JuMi Story, and would highly recommend Miya and Jun to anyone looking for a photographer.
