A one-hour wait to get two kids the flu shot is unacceptable. A dentist who wouldn’t say whether she would extract four baby teeth if it were her child lacks empathy and the ability to see issues from the patient’s perspective. You truly don’t get what you don’t pay for.

Kaiser is only good for ob gyn expecting a child . The worst I have ever had is care by a supposed Primary caregiver.. Rude argumentative , liars, judgement always. Accusisitory! Run away fast!!

Not sure but something bis changing. Have to wait 20 minutes on hold or wait call back. Wanted to make appt after phone call with Dr. Who didn't help much but to tell me I need a cortisone shot which I'm told is not good for me. Then have to wait call back to have operator send a referral email to medical office for them to call me back to set an appt. Stupid
