Most useless primary care department I have ever seen. They pass you off to testing, never give you a diagnosis, then send you to specialists without a referral, so you have to go back to step 1. All you get are canned responses, no one treats you like a human.

The doctor that helped me was disrespectful towards my mother in law. And her name was Dr. Reidy. All I was doing was asking my mother in law questions and Dr. Reidy. Said that she wasn't helping her she was helping me. When all I was doing was asking my mother in law questions that I didn't know how to word. And she took over an hour to come in and see us, and we didn't get out of there until like 4 something when my appointment was at 130. Everything else was ok though. Besides Dr. Reidy when I was asking questions kinda answered them rudely.

Went here for my Eye Exam, Had an Appointment with Dr. Moore She is great was very infomrative and helped me better understand my vision. turns out i did need glasses but the difference in eyesight was amazing so looking forward to getting them, The staff overall in the eyecare center is so friendly. I highly reccomend if you need an eye exam.

I want to express enormous gratitude to Dr. Carolin Yeung for being so knowledgeable, kind, caring and a brilliant and incredible eye doctor. She identified the eye problem I had (very high eye pressure), made sure that eye pressure is lowered, made a referral to an ophthalmologist, so I can get help right away. Prior to seeing Dr. Yeung, I visited 5 other eye doctors who were unable to diagnose me correctly. I felt dismissed by other eye doctors and had been struggling with severe eye pain and high eye pressure for more than a year. Dr. Carolin Yeung asked me a lot of questions to identify a problem, ran all the tests to insure that I my eye is taken care of and made a referral to the ophthalmologist. After the procedure to reduce my eye pressure and prevent glaucoma, I am pain free, my vision is better and I am happy and grateful to Dr. Yeung. Tawni and Laura, the doctor's assistants, are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Karrie and Tandy are very warm and friendly as well. It was absolutely an amazing experience to be cared for with empathy and compassion. They all showed genuine caring and professionalism. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This nice new complex is clean and comfortable. I am new to kaiser but i was very happy with the staff and glad to see a very clean and well thought out building. They had toys and books for the kids to play with and all the people there were friendly and helpful.

Great staff... so friendly, helpful and efficient! Quiet, calm atmosphere that is kept clean, odor free and peaceful for patients not feeling well. Understanding and patient doctors and medical assistants who don't rush you out the door, or tap their foot while you're talking. Kaiser Orchards office goes the extra step!
