I enjoy my doctor here. Kaiser is an organization I enjoy because all your health records are in one place because you only see doctors within the organization. Only down side is if you move to a non KP location you'll have to change organizations. Even taking a trip could put you out of network, although I think exceptions are made if you're in an emergency. They do temp checks at the door and ask COVID screening questions. The employees are generally friendly. I've had a couple \one offs\ but other than that it's golden. They have a dental clinic, vision, labs, radiology, primary care, pharmacy. One stop shop. Safety dividers everywhere, seat restrictions, sanitizer stations placed throughout, masks required, most staff wear masks and shields. Appointments are required unless you're picking up an rx or have standing orders for labs. There's no urgent care here. I also enjoy the aesthetics outside and in.

The staff was helpful and understanding. Covid check at door was not obtrusive. Very clean, not crowded, short wait

I hope to god that some day I am able to have a better care provider than Kaiser Permanente. Or at least a doctor who actually cares about me, although it amounts to the same thing. I'm convinced that Kaiser's plan is to ignore acute conditions until they become chronic so you're stuck paying KP for \care\ forever. They've certainly done that to me. I am so miserable and so disappointed and so hopeless. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. The extra star is for people like the nurses and phlebotomists and lab techs who are for the most part doing their job very capably.

Wow, I had an emergency 1/21/20, discovered my rt eye was bleeding going down my face, on blood thinners...was in parking lot. Could have went ER OR urgent care, decided to go into Kaiser Vision Essentials, they saw my eye, the staff took action. Wonderful caring staff...they reassured me I was going to be alright. Wasn't too long, had my eye exam, and then, met with the Optometrist, great guy, friendly. He said there wasnt any danger, I either ran into something or possibly sneezed too hard. Bruised my eye, about a wk before it will be completely healed. Kinda painful..just relieved it's going to be okay. I highly recommend vision dept..at Kaiser salmon creek, So kind to me...another adventure down the tube..wonder what's next

Really nice service. Sometimes you get Doctors that are a bit off. But that just like anywhere else. The facilities is nice. The Pharmacy and labs are awesome.
