I've had all of my mammograms and follows ups done here. The staff is very professional yet very personable and enjoyable to interact with. Screening can be quite stressful. The staff does a very good job of creating a positive upbeat atmosphere to help calm the patients nerves. Explanations of my results were always easy to understand and the radiologists take time to answer questions in a manner that any lay person can understand.

If I could give zero I would. I guess the one star is for the aesthetics of the building. That’s about as far as it goes. I have never worked with such incompetent people. The scheduling department is a joke. They called back twice to reschedule my appointment. The second call the man actually giggled when he said “breast center” when I asked him to clarify which medical appt this was regarding. When I arrived at my new appointment day and time I found out it had actually been put in for one day later and an hr later time. When I told them I was 99% sure the scheduling error was with their scheduler they commented “that’s a diff department”. There was no apology made on behalf of the company. In fact they went out of their way to let me know they didn’t care. When I arrived at my appt the next day FIFTEEN min early as I also had the day previous, the receptionist made a Comment on the phone to the nurse about how I had been there the day before but “must have been late to my appointment because I now have an appointment today”. When She got off the phone I politely explained to her everything that had transpired in dealing with their office up until that point. She didn’t say a word! She started at me blinking and after a long awkward pause went back to her paperwork and I left. I wouldnt expect ANY medical office to behave in this way and I will NEVER go back there again.
