My best friend and I have been wanting to go here for so long and finally were able to go and unfortunately were were not that impressed. I would say that the food is quite good and it is a super cute place, well designed but the service and staff were just incredibly rude. I'm not too sure if it was just busy but the place looked well staffed. We were seated where the waitress did not say hello, how our day was and took a while to take our order. We placed our orders and she didn't further engage with us. When giving cutlery she just placed it on the table and ran off. It felt as if she was in a complete rush and felt uncomfortable serving us. She brought the food over, which tasted amazing (kudos to that) but there was something missing from my order and I asked nicely about it and she said "we sold out of that" and ran off and my friend and I were quite shocked in the way she said it to us. Usually if a side or item is sold out, you let the customer know about it just to ensure if they want to continue with that option. We ate our food and went to pay and she started to really engage with us and it felt fake, making my friend and I even more uncomfortable and obliged to tip. When my friend paid she automatically added the tip without my friend adding the option which we were also very confused about. I understand servers can have hard days and may not be happy, I get that when working in the service industry but It honestly ruined my experience coming here and makes me not want to come back. Overall, loved the food but unfortunately the service made me feel really uncomfortable.

Dropped by here about a week ago out of curiosity to check it out as I was in the neighbourhood, this was after all stores were closed for indoor dining due to the pandemic. I ordered a large latte and picked out a bottle of juice that was 25% off. I was there with a friend, and we were the only ones in the store. I should have paid more attention to the total as I was paying, however my friend was telling me something about a change in plans so I was distracted. The girl who was serving me charged me the full 13.95 price for the juice even though I had picked out one with the 25% off sticker. I did not realize at the time because we had to rush out after, however I checked the charge on my card later and realized that they had charged me the wrong price. Normally I would overlook this mistake, however the store was completely dead and empty except for us, and the difference from the 25% off was substantial enough for another cup of coffee. If we are the only customers in the store, I would expect a higher level of attention being paid to us to ensure that our experience is a good one. The decor was very beautiful, it is a pity that my first experience here did not go well.
The Kevin & Kevin juice bar and coffee lounge nailed it when it comes to cozy vibes. This place is super chic with lots of character. There are comfy couches, chairs, and plants everywhere. Love their happy hours!!! Great foods and drinks. Staff are very accommodating and super attentive. Highly recommended this juice bar.
Coming here has became part of my weekly routine!! Extremely nice and elegant space and the ambience was beautiful. First time being there, I was overwhelmed with all the selections, I wanted to buy the entire store. The staff suggested the Spongebob green smoothie and my jaw was on the floor after trying it. Super fresh and light, I cannot get enough of it. Definitely coming back for their food menu!!
Really cool place, but really expensive! I got the Mexican bowl and it was really delicious, but I could never afford to eat there often. They also serve alcohol, and with the new restrictions you can eat/drunk on their patio. I will go back again, but only as a treat once in a while. This is a picture of my bowl to-go.
Had the Wake N Bake smoothie the other day and it was a good blend of ingredients which may seem like anodd combination at first but tasty, like a fruity milk shake type of drink. It's on the pricey side for the volume but it was worth a try.
Great atmosphere and welcoming staff. We had cocktail and it was very good. House cocktails could be more diverse but classics were topnotch. We had oyster mushroom tapas and it was superb! I really hope places like this are successful in Vancouver and more of them are open and around.
Came in to grab some coffees to-go! Such a cute vibe in there and beyond excited to have a place like this in the neighborhood. My caramel macchiato was delicious. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying their tapas and cocktails. I took a peek at the drink list and it looked great.
