After my first order, I know that I will do more. All vegetables and fruits I ordered were very good, the pear was super sweet! The eggplant is huge and was of good quality, all other foods were also of good quality! The delivery was punctual, I liked it a lot.
AVOID and SHOP ELSWHERE! My first order was a dissaster. I bought a 2lb walnut pack, almonds, coconut and honey. Delivery scheduled for Friday. All asleep, I got a phone call at 10.30PM from a delivery man standing behind the door!!!! No apology for waking us up or delivering at such late hour, rude. Honey was out of stock and it said on the receipt I will get refund within 48hours. I actually had to send 2 emails after almost 2 weeks of not being refunded, after second email finally they iniciated the refund, again no apology for this neither. Terrible and it is not all. The walnuts and almond were such poor quality and there are tiny webs, many bits and pieces in the bags, probably some bugs. The coconut tastes great, at least. I found a way better shop with very good quality nuts, seeds and fruits for good price - Ayoub's.
Kiki's delivery was great! Produce was super fresh and unbruised. Deliveryman was really nice and friendly too. Way better experience compared to Instacart
NOT recommend, poor customer service. Not on time. bad service. Do not order on this company. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!
