I have nothing but praise for Krave Organic. Their product selection is now much wider - they now in addition to the traditional organic produce include high quality supplements and health and beauty products. Health products my family used to get in the USA are now readily available delivered locally! I especially enjoy the Vitamin Code brand of supplements. Any problems I have had with ordering has been professional addressed by staff.
Krave Organic is hands down the best organic food delivery company in Vancouver. My wife and I have been looking for quite some time and it was definitely worth the wait. Their very conscious about the products that they carry and their service is unmatched; great to see a local company truly stay local!
Krave has been my saving grace – after a long week at work, I'd rather enjoy my weekend than fight through traffic and the lineups at the tills. I heard about them through a friend and have not looked back. For the price of what I used to pay at Whole Foods or Choices, I get free delivery and a peace of mind, which is invaluable.
I get the weekly starter bin of fruits and produce which is a nice variety of fresh and local CERTIFIED ORGANIC products. Certified Organic being the keyword as my previous provider didn't make that a mandatory requirement for the products that they carried and that is important to me. I love that I don't need to think twice about eating healthy and it frees up more time to enjoy the important things in life. The produce is always fantastic and odd time when the lettuce is not as crisp as I'd like it to be, their customer service has been so quick to replace it!
My family has been using this service for almost 3 years. This is super convenient. Every week a box of food shows up on my doorstep. The produce quality is exceptional. The selection of items available is varied and seems to be constantly growing. They stock everything your would find in a normal grocery store including personal and household cleaning items. Plus the customer service is awesome, always helpful and friendly, and they are willing to take the time to meet your needs, even if the request is a bit odd - example: I needed organic miso specifically from Argentina, they searched far and wide and found it for me. What service! :)

Great produce, decent value, but they have a terrible way of tying you into their service. Once you've bought a bin from them, you are in their system and scheduled for deliveries forever. You have to log in and manually suspend each individual delivery forever, or email them to have your account put on hold.They _usually_ send you an email a few days before your delivery, but if they don't, you can have a surprise delivery that you don't want and they won't take back. This has happened to me a few times now, and I won't be using their services again. I've pointed out the problem to them, and they don't seem concerned in the least. I'll be using the other organic delivery services instead.
