Lovely curbside table setup and store. It’s a beautiful place. The dine in room is quite small, so is the table. So everyone sits quite close without any plexiglass which is fine with me. So tried the dine out brunch and afternoon tea here, it was totally worth the price. However, I don’t think I would come if needed to pay full price. When we walked in, all the girls behind the counter just looked at us without basic greeting. That’s fine, we told them we have a reservation, and they pointed to the room inside. Okay. Then we had a server who was professional, but really cold and unfriendly. Didn’t really feel welcome but hey we are here for the food. So the famous omelette was not bad, really well presented, tasted 7/10. Tea was pretty bland to me. Afternoon tea is average, maybe 5/10, and I had much higher expectation. Later on, we had a new server who was much more attentive and cheerful. Anyway, the whole experience was okay, subpar service, decent food but overall too sweet for me, tea is dull, dining room is too packed, and table is so small. I would not recommend dine-in here, just buy their pastry and go enjoy it somewhere else.

I had a very unique experience at this cafe! The space didn’t look as big as the photos taken at this place and rather it was cozy and small! The Rose latte was tasty, although it didn’t have any coffee in it! The Mocha tasted amazing and we really loved it, the macaroons were delicious but pricier than everywhere else! EXCEPT for the rose one that was too sweet! The prices were among the highest cafes but the service was good for a premium!
Fancy place and desserts. There are places to seat inside and outside. Great service. Reasonable prices.
Vancouver’s little secret. Somehow Ladurèe, despite being super famous and a major tourist attraction in Paris itself, doesn’t get the attention it deserves in Vancouver. They have a back room coffee shop which is nice and cozy. Their menu items are presentation are very stylish. Hot beverage prices are surprisingly low, even compared to a generic shop like Starbucks (yes more expensive than Tim Horton’s, but that’s not a teal competition). Latte comes French style in two separate tiny jars, one with espresso and the other with frothed milk. Cappuccino is served more like the North American latte. Ispaham was just out of this world!
A bit of hit and miss with what we ordered. The Saint Honore cake was wonderful but their croissant and cappuccino are just average. The store front is pretty small so can't imagine what it is like when it gets crowded.
