Food tastes delicious, the soup broth was rather peppery (although I personally quite enjoy it). It's rather expensive for a hot pot place, though I'd say depending on what and how much you order the price range will vary. Overall it's just okay

High quality food and careful service. The waiters replace dirty dishes very often. Everything is quick and dessert is complimentary!

One of the older hotpot restaurants that started it before hotpot craze hit the city. Slightly higher price for better quality ingredients for a la carte, compared to all-you-can-eat menus other places have. No complaints here. Food is good. Service is very well trained. Wish they have a bigger parking lot because all the rich ballers park at the back yo, lol.

I originally gave this restaurant 2-star but am editing the review due to the improvements and accommodations since. When requested, they go out of their way to ensure guests are feeling safe and comfortable, and service is fantastic and attentive. Their beef dishes are consistently very fresh, and actually is one of the few hot pot restaurants in the greater Vancouver area that has a fresh taste to them. Jason in particular as a wait staff is attentive, efficient and honest with his suggestions. It's understandable why they continue to be a Vancouver dining institution. Came here last weekend and disappointed at the service and how they handle COVID. Tables were not 6 feet apart, it seemed they were trying to fill the restaurant as it was before. Food is fresh, tasty and has a wide selection - the only reason why I didn't give it 1 star. Staff were a bit of the arrogant side, and I felt they were pushy in recommending the more expensive dishes. Until you do better with ensuring better safety for your diners, I will not be back.
