THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I am so tired of buying lice shampoo, and lice spray, and more lice shampoo. It's a vicious cycle, and that stuff burned my scalp and did nothing good for my hair health. I will never do a chemical lice treatment on myself or my 3 year old ever again. Donny and Svetlana were so helpful. They answered all of our questions, gave great tips for prevention, taking care of bedding and stuffed animals etc. We are considering the membership program because it is such a killer deal! 5 stars to Donny for being AMAZING with my exhausted and hungry toddler.

They were so amazing and so helpful. Highly recommend this clinic if you/your family have lice or think you might. Easy comfortable process, and my 8 year old daughter who has so much hair didn't mind it at all. So grateful for how wonderful they were for us today!

I highly recommend making an appointment and having the professionals help you manage your treatment! After spending countless hours and 60 dollars on products to do treatments at home, we threw in the towel and made an appointment. We got in same day, all four family members were checked (one needed treatment)... being able to use my FSA is definitely a bonus! Leaving lice free with a guarantee is a relief for this mom! Donny was professional, set our minds at ease, and interacted so well with our family. All COVID regulations were followed to a "T"!

Not a place where you want to go however if you have little ones bringing lice from school this is a place to go. Save your self frustration at home and go see Donny at mill plan location. She is sweet and fast. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and call them as soon as you see a nit in your kiddo’s hair. The tech at the Vancouver, WA location was so kind and so knowledgeable and the clinic was spotless and modern. They were able to get us in only 2 hrs after I called yesterday. I checked my daughter this morning and her head is lice free. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. They saved me from my worst nightmare, (literally).
