Sierra was a great enthusiastic instructor, who was a great instructor, but still let us have fun. Would recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn how to lifesave.
The bronze cross course was enjoyable and informative, our instructor Sierra was great at teaching us the course material while keeping things lighthearted light-hearted and fun.
Our son attended one class of a six week program not feeling well, after a doctor's visit we were told he had pneumonia. I contacted the program coordinator to be withdrawn from the program for a credit and was told no refunds or credits. I have never come across a policy like this that wouldn't take a doctor's note into consideration. The owner of the program finally returned my call more than a month after I tried to initiate a credit or refund and he had no interest in trying to rectify this situation. I would not recommend this company at all, book with your local recreation centre who I am sure would have understood the circumstances of this situation.
