The language barrier makes it hard to communicate with owner/s. They don't actually have a proper price point, as they make the price when they see weather or not you can afford it. I say this because for a room with its own bathroom King size bed and what's supposed to be cable included for 450 for the week. But upon arriving realized there was a tv but no cable. The next time we stayed there we got a room which was smaller and didn't have a bathroom we were being charge 500 for the week. The sheets were washed but had stains (gross) and owner is very intrusive and annoying to deal with she only understands anything else she doesn't seem to get

If it was possible for 0 stars I would give it! Old , smelly , dirty to start! The power cord was missing from the TV, we ask for it and was told no tv! The window was broken in several spots! And the sink was nearly touching the toilet!
It was awesome. It was special. The mgr. Linda was excellent at her job.
Here is my list of the GOOD / BAD: THE GOOD: -The garden is pretty -Great location (close to transit) -Friendly staff -Accessible kitchens -WiFi THE BAD: -Price: 160-180 per night -Comparable to a backpackers lodge -Breakfast unappetizing -Costco muffins & crusty jam jars -No air conditioning -Bathrooms are small (no fans) -No recycling -Cigarette butts on the ground This could be an amazing accommodation if the owners put some work into the building, and provided a more appetizing / cleaner breakfast experience.
0/5 - NO STARS AT ALL The photos show nice bedrooms but they are NOT. You can hear everything from above and the side rooms. I booked a room thru HOTELS\u003eCOM and it was supposed to have a washroom but when i got there the person in charge assigned me room with a shared washroom, i said that in any place in my reservation said that and was unacceptable, he changed me to a room with washroom that was smelly, pee smell and I had to wash the shower curtain because of the terrible smell. BED BUGS!!!! I have bites from bed bugs, I stayed 2 nights and the room was never cleaned, smelly and terrible. Walls are dirty and the floors too, You don't want to s be there and spend 190 dollars per night with such conditions. My worst experience ever! You have to see how they feed the electricity into the room, not up to code and dangerous!
This place was really a disappointment to me and my wife. At first glance when you arrive it looks really nice, but then you enter and there's 5 cats in the entrance alone. All you could smell was incense and it's clearly to cover up the cat pee smell. We we're taken to our room where we we're shocked at the small size. I'm 6'3 and can only stand upright in the middle of the room with about 4 inches to spare above my head. When we complained about the room we were told we could have a discount when we come next even though we told them that we will not be coming back. The quality of the beds were poor, it was literally just the box springs with the mattress on top. The kitchen had a leaking fridge that left a huge puddle of water in the mornings. The sink in the bathroom had only hot water, so brushing teeth was terrible, on top of that the tiles in the bathtub was cracked and likely laced with mold behind it and had mold against the ceiling and the wall. Honestly, you are much better off paying a bit more and actually getting somewhere nice and clean. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless your name is Satan.
Everything was old, dusty, and looked unsafe. Location is very convenient, but honestly it's not worth the money. Smelled pretty bad too. I left as soon as I viewed the room.
