Great guest house. The room and the shared bathroom were both clean and tidy. We arrived at 11 am while the check in was after 3 pm but the host was able to prepare the room for us very quickly. There is no name on the door so it can be not very easy to find at first glance. The only small problem is that the place is a bit out of downtown Vancouver, but there is a very near bus stop of a line that ends in downtown.

It is very close to the yvr airport, it might be the nearest accommodation you can find around the airport. The rooms are clean and warm. As the others mentioned, it is a house hotel. I feel safe and comfortable while I stayed there. The owner is kind enough to let me store my luggages for extra few days while I travelled to Whistler. Extra clean kitchen with stainless utensils, pots, pans and plates. The washing machine and cloth dryer all clean at no extra charge. I will stay there next ski season.
Spend 3 nights there, very good experience. Convenient location, rooms are very clean. If you plan to stay for a short period worth checking out.
This place is a SCAM!! It’s someones house and they just rent he upstairs three rooms that have paper-thin walls. All three rooms of guests share one bathroom. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures. Save your money and stay somewhere else. The rooms don’t even have appropriate locks on them and you have to literally whisper in your room to not disturb the other guests. The numbers for the rooms are taped on with scotch tape. I want my money back!
Very nice and comfortable place for a family trip. The manager is kind, we’re really appreciated.
