We had an incredible experience in this store! The sales clerks were amazing at their jobs, they showed us demonstrations on the type of machines we were looking for, they let us test them out, gave us space to talk about our decision and yet were available for asking any questions. We weren’t sure we were going to make a purchase today, but the amazing service helped us commit and we found a sewing machine over and above what we expected to!

Very bad customer service 1- In 2018 I bought sewing machines from you and have been a good customer of your business. 2- The needles you are talking about, I purchased before the lockdown and your store was closed since. 3- I also have complained about the lady that is working there and that she has been working for 22 years. Only 2 years is enough to learn how to tap to customers. I urge her to take a 2 hour course on how to talk to customers and learn some customer service.
