As of today 02/09/2021, the passport photo with burn a copy into a CD price is listed on their website as 22 in English version, 25 in Chinese version, but asked 27 in store. I got this combo from another store in 16. If you don't care about the misleading advertising and over 68% higher price, then this is a good store since it's right under the place where you renew your Chinese passport.
