Josh in sales was fantastic to deal with, he spent a lot of time with me testing multiple cars over a span of days to find the perfect car for me, very patient and understanding. When I finally decided on the car, he went through all the details of the car as well as making sure I was comfortable with the all the technology features. Absolutely the worst dealership in the western hemisphere, perhaps worldwide. Original custom order was a month delayed and they did nothing to accommodate us. Took 5 thousand dollar deposit from a soon to be mom and they don't return phone calls when we tried to get a more expensive vehicle and needed to change our order to accommodate our future incoming child. They never pick up the phone. Ever. Was going to be a 6 digit purchase Don't waste your time or money here. Edit: Working with Dean to see if we can solve this amicably, but please don't tell me anything was offered when it wasn't. Updating to 3 stars until concluded.

Does anyone have a great experience at a CAR dealership???? Well, I did! The entire team was professional, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. Special thanks to Kevin for driving all the way out to my house in West Van to do a test drive! And then for following up with great service (not at all pushy)... a tough balance to find. And to Adrian for the little things... a kind word, and for going out of his way and showing us where our car was parked (at the end of his day, while he was already out the door)... a small thing but it didn't go unnoticed. AND I got a FANTASTIC price on the truck I bought. I would absolutely buy another vehicle here and I would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat. Jason Overbo
