Reza is amazing at what he does. He answered my call right away and was willing to come and do a service the following day. He arrived exactly on time, was equipped with all the parts required, efficient, friendly, kind and gave me a very very good rate for his excellent service. He left my fireplace sparkling clean and in perfect working order. I highly recommend him for any gas fireplace service you might need, it was a delight to have him help me with a broken thermocouple and a full cleaning service. Don't look anywhere else - Reza is the absolute best!!

If you’re looking for a true professional to service your gas fire place, I highly recommend Reza. He taught us about our fireplace, fixed an ongoing issue, and recommended a carbon monoxide detector for the safety of my family, which was highly appreciative. Previous services we had from other companies have not been this thorough. He also updated our control/thermostat unit from analog to digital. And, months and months later when the thermostat became defective, one phone call to Reza and he was at our place installing a replacement unit within 2 hours. He’s also very kind and polite.
